Suzanne & James Wedding Day Sat 27th Feb 2016

This is the 5th Wedding Video I did for the Mannion Family, the last one of Michael Ciara in Portugal last July. I always find them great fun,and both families know how to enjoy themselves. I started in the Fordge just across from the Church with the Groom and the Best Men. The Ceremony was beautiful with Laura Kearney singing the Church. The Function was in Kilronan Castle and they did some job. The most unusual part was after the meal was over Mr Wise a Medican did his stint for half an hour, he was the best I ever seen. I worked on until the Band Finished, it was a big wedding with over 30 guests.

Lisa & Aiden’s

Lisa & Aidan’s wedding was held in Castlerea Church on Friday 10th Aug the Hotel was Castledargin in Co. Sligo. This was the best day we had this year. It was a small wedding starting in the Bride’s home in Longford. Then back to the Church and the Ceremomy was conducted by Canon Joe Fitzerald. The Bride’s Father who was a classmate of mine  going to school in Castlerea, he is some character. The hotel lends itself to beautiful scenery, and Maurice Sirr the photographer made the most of it. The picture on this blog I received from Maurice Sirr that was taken in the Demesne  in Castlerea, a beautiful place,

I would like to wish Lisa & Aiden every happiness together in the years to come.

Sinead & Nial

Sinead & Nial  were married in St. Patrick’s Church Castlerea and the reception was held in the Abbey hotel Roscommon. It was  great wedding and the fact it was local everybody enjoyed the day. The weather was great and especially with the summer we are having we were lucky. I was working with a photographer Will O’Reilly from Dublin and he was so easy to go along with in fact he is one who will always stand out. We had a great chat and he was a pleasure to work with. The part of the wedding I remember most was the first dance which the Bide and Groom got involved in and also the bridal party and the parents. The band was Heebie Jeebies and they are a local bunch of lads and they were great,

I would Like to wish Sinead and Nial a long and happy life together.
