I started in the Brides home. The atmosphere was fantastic, and everybody was in good form. I the went back to the Church to get Justin arriving. The music in the Church was beautiful.  We stopped on the way to the Abbey at the Castle. The last two weddings I did this was the spot, having the Castle as a beautiful backdrop, with he ducks in for luck. the Abbey Hotel looks really well, and they have it done up to the last. The meal was magnificent as usual. The music was provided by Gobsmacked they are surely able to do it well keeping the crowd o the floor all night.

It was a pleasure doing this wedding. It was through my connection withe Galvin family that Kathryn and Brian got to know about me. The weather was magnificent and the Ceremony was performed by a friend of the family Fr. John Ahern. It is the first time I was back at a wedding in Castlecoote Church since Fr. John passed away, you would miss him.
We stopped at the old family home for a few photos. The Galway Bay was the venue it was great to see Alan back again as Manager. He was down at the Mc Wiliam for the last ten years.
The day went great and everybody seemed to enjoy this special day.
I would like to wish Kathryn and Brian a long and happy life together.

This is the Happy Couple Clare & Justin who I am doing the Wedding Video for them on Sat next. I do always like to have a chat with the couple before the big day. August 22 in Ballintubber Church & The Hudson Bay Hotel Athlone.

I remember when I started doing wedding videos, on the programmer was Wedding of the Year, and this was it. I started in Daryl’s house at 10 in the morning. We had scooters bringing the Groom to the church, four in all. Then over to get Vicky getting ready. The day went very well.
I have included the 3 Mercedes, all the way from Strabane, apart from the cars being nice, the 3 fellows driving them were excellent.
I must mention Michael at the Hudson Bay he is really great at his job. The Band was Hebie Jeebies , they brought the house down. I worked on until 12, t was a long day but most enjoyable.
I would like to wish Vicky and Daryl a long and happy life together.

Glasson Country House Hotel and Golf Course

I started in the Church, and it was great meeting Lorraine & Barry the evening before. The Ceremony was conducted by Fr Kevin Fallon. He was in Castlerea for a number of years, The photographer was Alan Hunt and he was a pleasure to work with, and I must say he really works very hard at his profession. Fr Kevin welcomed us both being from Castlerea. The function was held in The Country Golf Hotel in Glasson, and the music was provided by Gobsmack one of the best in the wedding scene.

Williamstown Church and The Hodson Bay Hotel Athlone.

I enjoyed doing this wedding, it is booked over twelve months. The couple are going out together for nearly nine years. They are very happy together.
They wished to include the Grooms home so this meant going over to his house the night before, we made it look like it was the morning of the wedding. The ceremony was at 12.30 a sensible idea and the Bride was dead on time.
The Groom and the Best men arrived in Williamstown in a Tractor. It looked real well with ribbons and balloons hanging out of it.
The ceremony was conducted by Fr Mooney. He is certainly a very nice Priest. We hit away to the Hotel in a Anglia car 1972 that Tommy had spent the last eight years doing up. The Hodson Bay was great as usual and the Band was Gob Smack from Rooskey I must say one of the best on the wedding scene. I worked on until the Band finished.

I would like to wish Teresa and Tommy a long and happy life together.
